Cancellations

• Cancellations made within this notice period may be eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule.

• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the required notice period.

• Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

• If technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, you will be entitled to a full refund or free reschedule.

Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your consultation at no additional cost, provided you give proper notice.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without notice will result in a forfeit of the fee with no refund.
